THE MINDSET. Like being called to missions, funding missions is a calling.
Some He calls to go (Acts 13:2-3 Matt. 24:14) and others He calls to give (Rom. 12:13, Phil. 4:16-18).
This is God's ministry. He gets our patience, our trust, and all the glory.
THE DETAILS. Living in Jaco is expensive due to its isolation and tourist demand.
We are learning to be stewards of our resources. We live in a small condo in a safe community near the center of town.
Rather than own a car, we borrow from friends or rent occasionally. We use bicycles, a moped, and Uber.
One supporter pays our Uber expense.
We have other ordinary expenses. Water is cheap. Electricity is expensive.
We pay condo fees and taxes, pest control, maintenance, repair, phone, and internet.
There's also health insurance and out-of-pocket medical and dental.

Our family must leave the country twice a year to renew our visas.
We also travel to the U.S. occasionally for various reasons.
Our monthly need is $5,250.00. Our current level of funding is:

We have a very easy and inexpensive method of making recurring donations online. Please prayerfully consider getting involved. For example, a recurring donation of $30 per month is equal to only $1 per day.

BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY
Jesus has commissioned us to make disciples in Jaco by preaching the Gospel in the poorest communities and expanding the reach of the church.
If you are considering bringing a team of youth and adults to serve in ministry, participate in baseball camps, and experience the area, we will work with you to make arrangements for a short-term trip. Hosting teams is a unique opportunity for us to strengthen our ministry and help you live life on mission.
